The Job
- Coordinate works, track jobs and keep everything on schedule
- Support costing, invoicing and financial tracking of schemes
- Liaise with supervisors, clients and sub-contractors
- Monitor budgets, performance and progress of ongoing works
- Allocate and prioritise work, including urgent callouts
- Provide admin and coordination support across the team
What You Will Bring
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience interpreting and managing financial or performance data
- Good communication skills – able to work with a range of stakeholders
- Able to manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Nice to Have (we can build on this)
- Knowledge of highways or street lighting
- Experience with systems such as Symology, SAGE, WAP or Power BI
- Understanding of procurement or contract coordination
