The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Client Partner to drive significant new business growth and expand strategic client relationships.
This is a senior commercial leadership and client relationship role responsible for originating, shaping, and closing £2–10+ million of consulting revenue annually.
You will manage a portfolio of strategic Financial Services accounts, lead engagement with C-suite buyers building long-term client partnerships and collaborate with our transformation delivery and solutions teams to provide innovative, best-of-breed AI-enabled solutions.
You will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer and Leadership Team playing a pivotal role in growing company revenue, expanding our brand presence, effectively managing existing priority clients, winning new clients, MSAs and revenue, winning competitive RFPs, and developing strategic alliances that strengthen our market position.

- Your experience must include
- Revenue Growth & New Business
- Originating, qualifying, and closing
£2–10 million+ annual consulting revenue across Financial Services clients.
- Proactively generating new opportunities within new and existing target accounts, shaping high-value transformation programmes and complex consulting engagements.
- Leading the end-to-end pursuit process for major deals, including proposal development, commercial structuring, and contract negotiation.
- Client Management
- Ability to understand Clients’ strategy, transformation pain points, and organisational priorities.
- Accountability for Developing Revenue and Managing to Client Plans.
