Rather than recruiting to a fixed brief, they are looking to find someone who can add real value to the team, with the flexibility to shape the role around your experience, strengths and career aspirations.

Whether your passion lies in building long term client relationships, supporting and developing a team, providing advisory services or taking ownership of a varied portfolio, this is a practice where your ideas will be welcomed and your contribution genuinely recognised.

You'll become a trusted adviser to business owners, taking the time to understand their goals and helping them navigate the opportunities and challenges they face.

The work is varied, the relationships are long lasting and you'll have the freedom to make a genuine difference.

Depending on your experience and interests, your role could include: Managing your own portfolio of clients and becoming their trusted adviser Reviewing statutory accounts and tax work Providing practical business advice and identifying opportunities to add value Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their businesses and future plans Supporting and developing junior members of the team Helping improve internal processes and contributing new ideas Getting involved in business development and networking if this is something you enjoy Working alongside the Partners to help shape the future of the practice There is no expectation that every successful candidate will have experience in every area.

Instead, the firm is looking for someone with the right attitude, strong practice experience and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional service to clients.

About You You may be ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with a background in accountancy practice.

More importantly, you'll enjoy working with people, building trusted relationships and taking pride in delivering an excellent service.

If you're someone who enjoys variety, values autonomy and wants to be part of a close knit team where your voice will be heard, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join?
