NXTGEN are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm in their search for an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy team based in Lowestoft. This Conveyancer role will see you working within a structured and well-supported property team, managing a consistent pipeline of new build residential transactions from instruction through to completion.
The successful Conveyancer will play a key role in handling their own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider property function, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with client expectations. Working as part of a collaborative and busy environment, this role offers the opportunity to focus on delivery within a team that has a steady and reliable flow of work.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of new build residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process including exchanges, completions and post-completion matters
- Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently in line with agreed timescales
- Liaising with clients, developers, agents and third parties throughout the transaction process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file records in line with regulatory requirements
- Supporting the wider team where required to ensure overall workflow is managed effectively
- Experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process, ideally with exposure to new build transactions
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
This role is a full-time, permanent position, office-based in Lowestoft. Salary offered is dependent on experience.
