NXTGEN are supporting a major organisation undertaking a significant Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programme and are looking to appoint an Oracle Finance Transformation Lead to play a key role in the delivery of a new enterprise-wide Finance Payroll platform. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys operating within large-scale ERP programmes, driving process improvement and working closely with senior stakeholders to shape how finance operations function long term.

The successful candidate will become a critical link between Finance, Payroll, operational teams and the implementation partner throughout the full transformation lifecycle. This is a highly visible transformation programme within a complex and regulated environment, offering the opportunity to influence both system design and broader operational change rather than simply maintaining an existing finance function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the senior functional SME across core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Projects and Payroll
  • Working closely with implementation partners to support solution design, configuration and delivery
