NXTGEN is working with a well-regarded regional law firm in Norwich that is looking to strengthen its Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of a Litigation Lawyer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established practice with a strong reputation for client service, quality advice, and a varied pipeline of contentious work. The successful candidate will handle a broad caseload acting for businesses, individuals, and organisations across a range of disputes. The role would suit a lawyer who enjoys strategic problem solving, client contact, and managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution.

The Opportunity

  • You will advise on a range of disputes, including:
  • Commercial disputes
  • Contract claims
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Property litigation
  • Debt recovery matters
  • Professional negligence matters
  • Contentious probate matters
  • Settlement negotiations, mediation and court proceedings

You will manage your own files while also supporting on larger and more complex matters where required.

About You

Applications are welcomed from solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, and other qualified lawyers with litigation experience. You will likely bring:

  • 3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience
  • Strong dispute resolution background
  • Confidence managing a varied caseload
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Commercial judgement
  • Desire to continue progressing your career
