Lead and manage due diligence, valuations, and financial modelling projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Oversee financial analysis, challenging assumptions in forecasts and reviewing cash flow models.
Work closely with Partners to bring in new business and expand the firm's presence in the Norfolk Corporate Finance market.
Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical and advisory skills.
ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally with at least 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in Corporate Finance, M&A transactions, or financial due diligence.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Commercially minded with the ability to identify risks and opportunities in transactions.
Confident communicator with client-facing experience and excellent report-writing skills.
