Depending on your experience and interests, your role could include: Reviewing statutory accounts and tax work Supporting and developing junior members of the team Helping improve internal processes and contributing new ideas Getting involved in business development and networking if this is something you enjoy Working alongside the Partners to help shape the future of the practice Instead, the firm is looking for someone with the right attitude, strong practice experience and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional service to clients. You may be ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with a background in accountancy practice. More importantly, you'll enjoy working with people, building trusted relationships and taking pride in delivering an excellent service.
