NXTGEN is delighted to be partnering with a well-respected brand in Huntingdon, who, due to an impending retirement, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful organisation renowned for its supportive culture and strong focus on employee wellbeing.
As Tax Manager, you will take ownership of the tax function, including compliance and advisory responsibilities, across multiple entities. Key duties include:

Preparing tax computations and work schedules for multiple entities.

Liaising directly with HMRC on all tax-related matters.

Managing year-end and half-year-end processes in collaboration with auditors.

Providing expert tax advice and submitting claims and elections as required.

Offering guidance on capital allowances and assisting with PAYE and CIS queries.

Completing tax reconciliations and supporting M&A activity where appropriate.
This role is ideally suited to a qualified tax professional-or a finalist nearing qualification-with proven experience in corporate tax and the ability to manage complex computations and advisory work. While exposure to PAYE and CIS would be beneficial, it is not essential.
