Job Description NXTGEN Recruitment is supporting a well-established and successful business in Great Yarmouth with the appointment of an experienced Purchase Ledger professional on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Joining a supportive finance team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day purchase ledger and ensure supplier accounts are processed accurately and efficiently. Allocating payments against supplier accounts Managing staff expenses, company credit cards and petty cash Processing credit notes, returns and proforma payments Working with teams across the business to improve the flow of financial information Supporting the wider finance team when required Previous Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable experience Experience completing supplier reconciliations and payment runs Good Excel skills Experience using an integrated finance or accounting system AAT studies or equivalent practical accounting experience This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and reputable organisation where you will have clear ownership of the purchase ledger rather than focusing solely on invoice processing.
