Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of year‑end accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.
  • Support with the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns across a range of industries.
  • Support clients with cloud accounting duties.
  • Liaise directly with clients, resolving queries and providing ongoing support.
  • Work closely with senior team members on a variety of client projects and advisory assignments.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within an accountancy practice environment.
  • Ideally AAT Level 4 qualified or currently studying towards completion. Or if you're QBE but have hands‑on experience working with clients, you'll also be strongly considered.
  • Experience using Xero or other cloud‑based accounting software.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
  • A proactive attitude and desire to continue developing professionally.
