Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and tax returns for a varied client base.
- Support the preparation of VAT returns and management accounts.
- Undertake bookkeeping duties, ensuring financial records are accurate and compliant.
- Liaise directly with clients, answering queries and resolving any issues.
- Work closely with senior accountants, supporting them on client advisory work.
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience working in a practice environment.
- Industry experience will be considered, but you must be keen to transition into practice and enjoy working with local clients.
