NXTGEN is pleased to be supporting a growing Norwich-based practice as they continue to build out their specialist Insolvency & Recovery offering.

Following a strong period of growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Senior Administrator to their team, offering the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and play an important role within the continued development of the department.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the best and most experienced insolvency teams locally, where you’ll have the chance to take responsibility for your own portfolio of insolvency cases, whilst continuing to develop your technical knowledge and progress your career.

You’ll work closely with experienced Managers, Senior Managers and Insolvency Practitioners, gaining exposure to a varied range of assignments and more complex cases.

As an Insolvency & Recovery Senior Administrator, you’ll be responsible for progressing your own caseload under appropriate supervision, ensuring cases are managed effectively and in line with statutory requirements.

You’ll also have the opportunity to review junior team members’ work, contribute to process improvements and play a part in the wider development of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own portfolio of insolvency cases with support from the senior leadership team.
  • Maintain case files and ensure statutory requirements are met. Prepare dividends and assist with case closures.
  • Support investigations, asset recoveries and deficiency accounts.
  • Liaise with directors, creditors, debtors and other stakeholders.
  • Support Managers and Insolvency Practitioners on complex assignments.
  • Review work prepared by junior team members. Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Support the training and development of colleagues.
