NXTGEN Recruitment is leading a major Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation and seeks an experienced Payroll Design Lead to own the Payroll workstream from design through go-live. You will shape the future Payroll function, working with senior stakeholders and the implementation partner to ensure a compliant, efficient solution.

As Payroll Design Lead, you will run end-to-end Payroll design, configuration oversight, data migration support and testing, ensuring seamless integration with HR.
