Your Mission As a Self-Employed Fundraiser with Nxt Wave, you're the vital link between the public and the causes we support the face, the voice, and the energy that turns strangers into lifelong supporters.

Day-to-day you'll be: Owning high-footfall venues: shopping centres, private sites and events across Manchester and the region and making them your stage Turning conversations into commitment by signing supporters up to Regular Giving programmes Building genuine rapport fast, representing our charity partners with professionalism and passion Thriving in a supportive, high-energy team that pushes each other to smash targets Bringing your A-game every day, your pitch, your presentation, your pride Are You the Nxt Wave Fundraiser We're Looking For?

What matters more is that you're: A natural talker who genuinely loves connecting with people Resilient - a "no" doesn't knock you down, it fires you up Self-motivated and hungry to hit (and beat) your targets Reliable, punctual and professional Based in or around Manchester What You'll Get A guaranteed daily rate of £70 - plus uncapped performance bonuses, so your earning potential is entirely in your hands Full training in fundraising techniques, compliance and public engagement - no experience required A team that's got your back, led by a manager genuinely invested in your growth Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, on your terms Weekly pay, so you're never waiting around A real career path into team leadership and management This is a contract for services (self-employed).

You'll be responsible for managing your own tax and National Insurance contributions.
