NXT Recruitment is working exclusively with a growing, destination-led business in Cumbria to recruit a Sales & Bookings Associate. This is a varied and engaging role where you will act as the first point of contact for guests and clients, guiding enquiries through to confirmed bookings while delivering a professional, welcoming experience.
This opportunity would suit someone polished, proactive, and organised, who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You’ll work closely with senior team members while also managing your own workload across sales, bookings, and customer support.
The role:
- You will manage enquiries and bookings across accommodation, experiences, and corporate use, ensuring each interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- The role combines customer service, sales coordination, and administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation and follow up
- Build strong relationships with prospective guests and clients
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and booking confirmations
- Maintain up-to-date records using CRM and booking systems
- Upsell additional services and experiences where appropriate
- Support viewings, visits, and sales activity as required
- Produce regular reports and maintain accurate sales data
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Provide general administrative support to management and the wider team
About you:
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
