The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic plumber with gas qualifications to join our client’s specialist team, serving Cumbria and the South of Scotland.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial gas services (LPG and natural)
- Oil fired cooker and heating services
- Domestic gas services (LPG and natural)
- Bathroom services (full refit/installation, all trade projects, refurbishment, alterations and repairs, waterproof boarding, tiling, ceiling cladding)
- Plumbing and heating services (general plumbing and maintenance repairs, hot water cylinder replacement and installation, leak and blockage repair, system fault finding, fitting thermostatic radiator valves, installation and repair of soil and waste pipes, 24hr call out, steel/copper/plastic pipework alteration and replacement)
Skills:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing is essential
- Minimum of CCN1 and CENWAT tickets
- HTR1 and CKR1 (fires and cookers) would be beneficial
- Driving license is essential
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Must be punctual, polite and well presented
- Unvented hot water, OFTEC and LPG gas qualifications is beneficial
