Responsibilities
- Always adhere to safety procedures and work in a safe manner.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure TPM & PPM schedules are followed when necessary.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following training protocols.
- Report equipment defects promptly.
- Ensure production working lists align with OEE standards.
- Maintain consistently high product quality and minimize waste.
- Accurately and punctually complete all required administrative tasks, including SAP entries.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained or exceeded in the designated area.
- Address potential problems using initiative, skills, and knowledge, and seek input from others when needed.
- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Communicate effectively with work team members, senior managers, and other departments.
- Complete any identified training to operate equipment as needed.
- Consult with team members about issues that directly affect their work.
About you
- Good oral and written communication.
- Basic computer skills and understanding of internal systems (SAP, etc.).
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
- Managing safely to work in a safe manner following procedures, SOP's, and risk assessments.
- Able to direct operators to fulfill business requirements.
- Self-motivation and self-discipline.
- Able to work efficiently without supervision or guidance.
- Calm and rational response to pressure.
- Flexibility to alter priorities and work in accordance with the needs of the company.
- Team player, also able to give direction.
- Ability to learn new equipment and be able to support others.
- Experience of working in a factory environment.
