IT & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Wigton
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

NXT Recruitment is working with an established local business to recruit an IT & Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
This is a broad role that combines front-line IT support with marketing and digital activity, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants a role where they can make a real impact.
You’ll provide day-to-day IT support on site while also getting involved with the company’s social media, website, merchandise and wider marketing activity.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing front-line IT support to colleagues on site
- Supporting the day-to-day running of IT systems and resolving issues
- Helping manage and update the company website
- Creating and managing social media content
- Supporting the company’s marketing activity and online presence
- Helping manage merchandise and promotional materials
- Working across different areas of the business as required
- Identifying opportunities to improve how the business uses IT and digital platforms
This is a varied role, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the role develops.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a combination of IT knowledge, digital confidence and a creative mindset.
You’ll ideally have:
- Some previous experience in an IT support or IT-focused role
- An interest in marketing, social media and digital content
- Good general IT knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and use your initiative
- A willingness to get involved across different areas of the business
You don't need to be an expert in everything. This is a role for someone who is adaptable, curious and keen to develop.
