Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (weekends on a rota with a weekday off)

Salary: £26,984 basic + OTE (uncapped commission)

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting and supporting customers throughout the vehicle buying journey. You will build relationships, understand customer requirements and guide them through suitable options while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide advice and guidance on available products and services
  • Manage customer enquiries and follow up leads effectively
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activity to generate sales opportunities
  • Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing training
  • Represent the brand professionally and act as a trusted point of contact for customers
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable
  • Automotive sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and leads
