The Role
This is not a transactional, KPI heavy environment. This is a relationship-led recruitment role built on credibility and trust.
You will be:
- Meeting candidates and clients face-to-face across Cumbria
- Building long-term partnerships with local businesses
- Identifying and headhunting high-quality candidates
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to offer
- Attending networking events and representing NXT Recruitment in the local market
- Building your own personal brand alongside the NXT name

- Commercially aware and confident discussing business needs
