Hours: Monday - Friday

Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic earnings around £60,000)

The Role

  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing end-user sales across your territory.
  • You will build relationships with decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities within the MPS sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to close
  • Represent the business professionally in all customer interactions
  • Work autonomously to grow your sales territory and achieve targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, leads and sales

About You

  • Driven, self-motivated, and results-focused
  • Experience in MPS sales is highly desirable
  • Confident in building relationships and developing new business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, resilient and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving license
