We’re looking for someone with experience in a performance-focused digital marketing role on behalf of a thriving local business.
The role:
- Working alongside the Head of Marketing, you will plan and deliver digital campaigns that drive engagement, traffic and revenue through in-house organic social media, paid Meta advertising, email marketing and video content.
- This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning commercial opportunities into engaging campaigns.
- You will work closely with buying and sales teams, brand partners and external agencies to promote core products and deliver measurable results.
Duties will include:
- Planning and executing digital campaigns
- Managing organic social media activity in-house across Facebook and Instagram, creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content that supports commercial priorities
- Working closely with the appointed paid media agency to brief Meta advertising campaigns
- Building and implementing a clear content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant channels
- Creating, filming, editing and uploading short-form video content, including Reels, Shorts, product demonstrations and promotional videos
Requirements:
- A proven record in managing social media, including content planning, creation, scheduling and community engagement
- Success in delivering digital campaigns with measurable commercial results
- Experience using Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform to drive revenue and customer engagement
- Experience creating social media content, including filming and editing
- Strong copywriting, proofreading and communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organisational and project-management skills
