Job Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting campaigns, content creation, brand management, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and delivering digital and print marketing campaigns
- Support production and distribution of content, including blogs, brochures, newsletters, and branded materials
- Help maintain the company website and social media channels
- Ensure all marketing output aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance standards
- Assist in internal communications such as adviser updates and staff newsletters
- Coordinate events, webinars, and exhibitions, including prep and post-event activity
- Maintain the marketing calendar and track deadlines, campaign progress, and project milestones
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project milestones
- Provide administrative support across Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams
- Monitor and report on digital campaign performance and social engagement
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign reach and effectiveness
- Take part in training and development to stay current with marketing trends
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and platforms (e.g. social media, email marketing, CMS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised and able to mange multiple tasks
- Team-oriented and eager to learn
- Marketing or media qualification (or currently working towards one)
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or WordPress
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, CRM systems, or analytics platforms
- Experience in a financial or professional services environment
