We are partnering with a fast-growing, international eCommerce fulfilment provider operating across the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, and Australia. This is a business built on the balance of startup agility and operational discipline scaling quickly, but with a relentless focus on service, systems, and continuous improvement. We are now hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take full ownership of a key fulfilment centre in Coventry.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of a high-volume fulfilment operation. You will lead warehouse teams, optimise processes, and ensure SLAs are consistently met across a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients. This is not a watch from the sidelines role; it is for someone who thrives in the detail, leads from the front, and builds scalable, high-performing operations. Importantly, this role suits someone who is comfortable with modern tools and technology in operations including AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude), advanced Excel/Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and presentation tools.
