You will take full ownership of day-to-day operations, managing teams, optimising processes, and ensuring service levels are met across all clients. This is a hands-on management role for someone who thrives on leadership, accountability, and building scalable systems. You will act as the operational heartbeat of the site, driving productivity, safety, and client satisfaction while supporting the wider strategic growth across multiple markets.
Experience required:
- Proven experience leading operations or warehouse teams within 3PL, logistics or e-commerce
- Deep understanding of Operations and Supply Chain
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing team leads or supervisors
This role will be working full time from their office in Coventry. Working hours are 9am - 6pm.
