Are you ready to take on a new challenge in your career? Owing to the success of our business, our department is growing. We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Manager to join our Secure IP team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the definition of requirements and specifications in close cooperation with architects and customer stakeholders.
  • Create project plans in line with business requirements, including integration milestones.
  • Monitor and control the progress of projects, ensuring alignment with development timelines.
  • Report KPIs and results into Project Review Boards.
  • Monitor and control project budgets.
  • Interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders and research teams, and 3rd parties.

Your Profile

  • Background in electrical engineering, hardware, software development, or data science.
  • Understanding of embedded software design and verification methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of project management practices.
  • Understanding or experience with Agile Project Management process is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of cryptography, security, secure protocols, and anomaly detection is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, networking, and team/partner integration skills.
  • Result-oriented approach, open for new challenges.
  • Pro-active attitude, willingness to take ownership for challenging targets.

Qualifications/Experience

  • BE or advanced degree preferred.
  • Subject matter background in one or more of the following areas: SoC design, SW development, security, product/test development, or applications.
  • Strong Program Management skills and experience in managing complex technical projects including hardware, software components.
  • Strong foundational knowledge and program management approach to drive NPI execution within established timelines and target costs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive business and innovation.
  • Ability to quickly recognize and articulate barriers and critical paths to success across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with complex environments.
  • Oriented toward process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Highly effective leader who can develop and inspire a team to the highest levels of performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills and proficiency in risk and issue management.
  • MS Project and/or Sciforma or other Product and Portfolio Management tool experience is a plus.
  • PMI/PMP certification desirable but not required.
