You will work closely with clients, sometimes as the first point of contact, getting to the heart of their needs and challenges and challenging assumptions to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

We look for professionals who can deliver project work autonomously, guide junior staff and report to technical leads, or who are experienced in leading systems engineering consultancy.

Our People Are

  • Strategic thinkers and relationship builders – applying thought‑leadership and building strong client and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborative team players – sharing successes, plugging gaps, and coaching colleagues.
  • Balanced and pragmatic – knowing when to apply systematic processes and when to use flexible, systems‑thinking approaches.
  • Cross‑disciplinary – connecting dots and working across domains.
  • Independent, client‑facing professionals – defining project requirements, solving problems in ambiguous situations, and escalating to senior staff when required.

You Will Have All Of These

  • A degree in a relevant engineering discipline and professional registration with an accredited institute, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Domain knowledge in a relevant industry such as transportation, operational technology, business IT, software or engineering consultancy.
  • Experience applying systems assurance to sizeable projects and programmes and client‑facing roles.

Ideally, You Will Also Have Some Of The Following

  • Knowledge of different framework and lifecycle delivery methodologies – Waterfall, V‑Model, Agile or Scrum – and experience using them in complex projects.
  • Understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT.
  • Experience leading teams, mobilising and delivering projects and programmes with colleagues, clients and other parties, including business change initiatives.
  • Support and guide wider business development, recognising commercial opportunities and working with business leads and subject‑matter experts to grow the business.
  • Knowledge of model‑based systems engineering (MBSE), ideally using a range of modelling languages and supporting software tools.
