Due to continued growth, NXGEN Lifting are looking for a motivated and organised Hire Desk Controller to join our Warrington depot team. This is a fast-paced role supporting customers, coordinating multiple hires and helping keep depot operations running efficiently. You will be working closely with customers, lift personnel, transport planning and suppliers to ensure plant and equipment are delivered safely and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Taking hire enquiries and processing bookings
- Coordinating deliveries and collections
- Managing plant availability through a live hire system
- Supporting transport and depot operations
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Raising contracts and completing hire paperwork
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Building strong customer relationships
- Providing quotes and chasing quotes
