We are seeking a passionate and experienced mental health professional to join our expanding clinical team, delivering meaningful, face-to-face therapeutic support to young people when they need it most. This role provides the opportunity to work within a growing digital mental health platform that believes every young person deserves access to exceptional, in-person care during critical stages of their development.
As an On-Site Therapeutically Informed Mental Health Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapeutic interventions

Key Responsibilities
- Direct Client Support: Deliver impactful, in-person therapeutic sessions for young people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and complex family challenges.
- Tailored Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalised, goal-focused, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide calm, skilled support during critical situations, ensuring timely and appropriate intervention.
- Safeguarding Leadership: Act as the safeguarding lead, guiding colleagues, liaising with external partners, and maintaining best-practice standards.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical records.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic care.
- Continuous Professional Development: Engage in training, research, and professional development to strengthen your clinical practice.
- Service Improvement: Gather client feedback and contribute to initiatives to enhance the quality of care.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Mental Health Nursing, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications in mental health or a related area are highly desirable.
- Active professional registration with recognised bodies such as BACP, HCPC, UKCP, or equivalent.
- 3–4 years' experience supporting young people in mental health settings, including complex and high-risk cases.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or similar approaches.
- Strong safeguarding knowledge, with prior experience as a safeguarding lead preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate compassionately, and maintain a non-judgmental environment.
- Comfortable using digital tools for clinical record-keeping and communication.
Working Hours
Sessions are structured in 30-minute slots, with flexibility for practitioners to set their own availability. This session-based model allows you to deliver meaningful on-site support while balancing other professional commitments.
