Provide day to day operational support and subject matter expertise for Manhattan Active WMS within the DC, acting as a key link between warehouse operations and technical support teams.
Investigate and resolve WMS and process issues, support users and maintain effective system processes to protect customer service, inventory integrity and operational performance.
Support system testing, releases, process improvements and continuous improvement while developing WMS capability and knowledge across the Distribution Centre.
