We’re looking for an experienced Manhattan SCALE WMS Consultant to join a major programme delivering and supporting warehouse management solutions within a complex logistics environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Manhattan specialist with strong technical and functional expertise across warehouse operations, system configuration, SQL development, and production support.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for analysing business requirements, configuring Manhattan solutions, supporting warehouse operations, and delivering enhancements across the WMS landscape. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll translate requirements into scalable solutions while providing ongoing support for critical warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support solutions using Manhattan Navigate tools
- Analyse business requirements, incidents, and enhancement requests
- Develop and maintain WMS functionality using MS SQL Server
- Create complex SQL queries and support data analysis activities
- Produce functional and technical design documentation
- Support testing activities including unit, QA, and production validation
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for warehouse solutions
- Manage integrations with ERP and non-ERP systems
- Document processes, SOPs, test scenarios, and support procedures
- Work closely with key users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
