We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of Dynamic Line Rating, Digital Twin and Network Design capabilities within a major energy transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and refine business and technical requirements.
- Translate complex operational needs into user stories, epics and delivery-ready backlog items.
- Work closely with Product Owners, engineers, architects and data teams to drive successful delivery.
- Map and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and better governance.
- Support data-driven decision making and stakeholder engagement across the programme.
About You
- 12+ years' Business Analysis experience, ideally within energy, utilities, engineering or asset management.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working across product, data and technology teams.
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments.
