We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex, business-critical technology initiatives within a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a senior role requiring strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and the ability to drive programmes from conception through to successful delivery.

A key focus of this position is ensuring IT programmes are prioritised effectively, governed within a robust PMO framework, and aligned to wider business strategy. This role demands extensive experience in logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), which is essential.

You will be responsible for managing programme pipelines, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and overseeing budgets, while ensuring best practices in governance, reporting, and change management are consistently applied. You’ll engage regularly with senior stakeholders (up to Director/CXO level), providing clear communication, progress updates, and strategic insight.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT programmes, alongside the ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and lead high-performing teams of Project Managers, Analysts, and Technical Specialists. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening relationships between IT and the wider business, driving continuous improvement, and embedding effective project management methodologies across the organisation.
