We are looking for a Workforce Management Specialist with experience in Logile or similar WFM platforms to support labour forecasting, scheduling, and workforce optimisation within a large retail environment. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, labour utilisation, and service performance through data-driven workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Forecasting & Planning
    • Develop labour forecasts using sales, operational, and seasonal data
    • Analyse workforce trends and demand patterns
    • Align staffing requirements with operational needs and business targets
  • Labour Modelling & Scheduling
    • Maintain labour standards and productivity benchmarks
    • Optimise workforce schedules based on demand and operational priorities
    • Manage shift planning, availability, compliance, and labour budgets
    • Improve staffing efficiency and reduce scheduling gaps
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Monitor workforce KPIs including productivity, labour costs, and schedule adherence
    • Conduct analysis on planned vs actual labour usage
    • Provide recommendations to improve workforce performance and operational efficiency
  • System & Process Improvement
    • Support configuration and enhancement of WFM modules
    • Identify opportunities for process and system optimisation
    • Assist with upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stakeholder Engagement
