This transformation underpins wider enterprise change across operations, supply chain, finance, and IT, and represents a critical step in establishing a scalable, enterprise-wide PMO capability.
Working closely with Project Managers, Change & Improvement teams, Business Analysts, and senior stakeholders, this role will own programme governance, reporting standards, RAID management, and assurance. The role will act as the single source of truth for programme status, risks, and dependencies, producing high-quality, executive-ready reporting and supporting Steering Committees with clear insight, early warning indicators, and effective escalation.
This is a permanent, UK-based hybrid role reporting directly to the CIO, suited to an experienced PMO or programme controls professional with exposure to complex ERP, WMS, or enterprise system implementations.
