Logistics and Supply Chain Manager FMCG Brand Hybrid Working Up to £50,000 + Bonus I'm working with a leading UK retail and logistics business to recruit an experienced Logistics Supply Chain Manager to drive strategic improvements across its national supply chain network.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys improving logistics performance, delivering commercial value and leading supply chain optimisation projects within a fast-paced environment.
The Role Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maximise commercial returns through supplier collaboration, transport optimisation and network improvements.
You'll also lead a small team, manage key stakeholder relationships and deliver strategic projects that support the wider business.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply chain optimisation initiatives.
Develop backhaul, consolidation and transport efficiency solutions.
Build and manage supplier relationships to deliver commercial value.
Analyse logistics data and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Partner with Procurement, Commercial and Operations teams on strategic projects.
Drive continuous improvement across the logistics network.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
About You We're looking for someone with: Experience within supply chain management - ideally within a logistics operation.
Strong commercial and analytical skills.
A background in transport, network optimisation or supply chain improvement.
Experience leading projects and managing stakeholders.
