As a Business Process Excellence Coordinator, you will be part of the Contract Logistics. The team is responsible for establishing, reviewing, promoting and delivering operational efficiencies and best practices to existing contracts across the business. You will support the warehouse management team to work with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out continuous improvement activity in line with company standards
- Support sites growth across the UK
- Carry out the implementation and training of LEAN
- Support the solution design team in finalising and submitting with preparation of LEAN material
- Promote the highest levels of customer service activities when requested
- Support contract review assessments
- Evaluate the performance of the business in line with process and improvement

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Process Engineer, CI Manager or Project Management role
- Experience in deploying LEAN and CI techniques delivering results
- WMS implementation experience
