NXA Talent are delighted to be partnered with a national haulier to find a transport coordinator to support them in their high volume Bellshill operation
Key Responsibilities
- Process transport bookings and collaborate with planning and operations teams
- Work closely with the operations team regarding transport movements.
- Assist with invoicing tasks and general administrative duties.
- Support in responding to customer enquiries where necessary
- Support the transport operation with legal requirements including compliance needs
- Manage driver communications and help ensure the driver population are effectively supported
What We\'re Looking for
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with an ability to positively engage people
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- A track record of having worked within a transport or general haulage operation is strongly preferred
