We’re looking for a hands‑on Business Analyst to support a major Warehousing & Logistics transformation programme. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to map processes, define requirements, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Apply strong BA skills to bring clarity to complex warehousing, logistics and supply‑chain processes.
  • Run and support workshops: process mapping, requirements gathering, cross‑functional alignment.
  • Produce high‑quality documentation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Capture processes, requirements, business change impacts and support UAT.
  • Work closely with project managers, SMEs and the Business Architect to shape solutions and business architecture.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience with Warehouse Management / Order Management systems.
  • Supply chain & logistics background.
  • ERP implementation experience (ideally Dynamics 365).
  • Confident communicator with stakeholder‑management strength.
  • Ability to work independently, think logically and deliver under pressure.
  • Experience in online retail environments.
  • Lean / Six Sigma / process optimisation exposure.
  • Understanding of ERP / SCM / WMS / OMS solutions.
  • Must be able to commute to Leeds; occasional UK travel.
