We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HGV Technician to join our growing team. The Role

As a Senior HGV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of heavy goods vehicles to the highest standards. Your work will be essential in ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections
  • Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Performing repairs on engines, gearboxes, brakes, and electrical systems
  • Ensuring all work meets DVSA and company standards
  • Completing job cards and documentation accurately
  • Supporting MOT preparation and testing

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic
  • Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid HGV licence (desirable but not essential)
