NXA Talent is seeking a Demand Planning Manager for a leading FMCG distribution partner in the West Midlands.

You will lead a replenishment team to maximise product availability while minimising wastage and develop the demand planning strategy.

You will analyse Power BI reports, communicate opportunities and risks to the wider business, and collaborate across departments to achieve stock availability and KPI targets.
