Are you an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager looking for progression for a rapidly growing brand? My client is a well known 3PL brand going through a significant level of growth due to new contract wins.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Supervisor and Warehouse Operatives.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company standards.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
- Build strong working relationships with the customers.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety, quality, and company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage shift handovers effectively and communicate with other managers
Experience
- Previous experience working as a Warehouse Shift Manager/Operations Manager
- WMS experience
- Have worked within a 3PL, FMCG or Retail environment
