NXA are delighted to be partnering with an independent retailer looking to make a key hire of a Warehouse Manager to lead their operational launch/growth into ecommerce. The successful candidate will be well versed in operational ecommerce warehousing with a particular skillset around layout and process flow design.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations in a team of 30
- Managing stock control and system accuracy
- Handling inbound/outbound logistics and space management
- Leading and supporting warehouse, production and QC teams across the business
- Working closely with logistics partners and customers
- Working closely with senior leadership across the business on process improvement
- Making sure health & safety standards are met consistently
About You
- Experienced warehouse manager and confident team leader
- Understanding of ecommerce warehousing operations
- Highly organised, detail-focused and good with systems
- Comfortable juggling priorities in a busy environment and utilising team specialities
- Open & clear communication style
- Forklift licence (preferred)
