NXA are delighted to be partnering with an independent retailer looking to make a key hire of a Warehouse Manager to lead their operational launch/growth into ecommerce. The successful candidate will be well versed in operational ecommerce warehousing with a particular skillset around layout and process flow design.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations in a team of 30
  • Managing stock control and system accuracy
  • Handling inbound/outbound logistics and space management
  • Leading and supporting warehouse, production and QC teams across the business
  • Working closely with logistics partners and customers
  • Working closely with senior leadership across the business on process improvement
  • Making sure health & safety standards are met consistently

About You

  • Experienced warehouse manager and confident team leader
  • Understanding of ecommerce warehousing operations
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and good with systems
  • Comfortable juggling priorities in a busy environment and utilising team specialities
  • Open & clear communication style
  • Forklift licence (preferred)
