You’ll be the go-to person for WMS support, troubleshooting issues, improving processes, and supporting projects – all while keeping business needs front and centre. What You\’ll be doing Providing 1st and 2nd line support for our JDA Dispatcher system Running ad-hoc reports using Oracle PL-SQL Supporting the Stock Control team and ensuring SOPs are followed and issues resolved Assisting our Junior WMS Analyst with suspense management Helping Stock Control with claims, returns, unpicks, and picking issues Supporting Customer Operations by managing orders within the WMS Assisting the WMS Manager with various project development tasks Managing stock adjustments, returns, unpicks and BITS Monitoring warehouse tasks and performance Overseeing Pick Face management Running and distributing reports, analysing data where needed Tracking KPIs and sharing insights Working with the WMS Manager on solution design and system improvements What we\’re looking for Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and collaborative mindset Ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and deliver under pressure without compromising quality Confident using MS Office (especially Excel), with experience in JDA and Oracle PL-SQL preferred Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of operational business drivers Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, building strong cross-functional relationships41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
