Job Description
You’ll be the go-to person for WMS support, troubleshooting issues, improving processes, and supporting projects – all while keeping business needs front and centre.
What You'll be doing
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support for our JDA Dispatcher system
- Running ad-hoc reports using Oracle PL-SQL
- Supporting the Stock Control team and ensuring SOPs are followed and issues resolved
- Assisting our Junior WMS Analyst with suspense management
- Helping Stock Control with claims, returns, unpicks, and picking issues
- Supporting Customer Operations by managing orders within the WMS
- Assisting the WMS Manager with various project development tasks
- Managing stock adjustments, returns, unpicks and BITS
- Monitoring warehouse tasks and performance
- Overseeing Pick Face management
- Running and distributing reports, analysing data where needed
- Tracking KPIs and sharing insights
- Working with the WMS Manager on solution design and system improvements
What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and deliver under pressure without compromising quality
- Confident using MS Office (especially Excel), with experience in JDA and Oracle PL-SQL preferred
- Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of operational business drivers
- Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, building strong cross-functional relationships
