Warehouse Shift Lead Corby Up to £36,000 2PM-10PM Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking to work for a Global brand? The Warehouse Shift Lead will lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Team Leaders to ensure customer orders are met on time and in full. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates during assigned shifts. Coordinate daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Monitor workload and allocate resources to meet productivity targets and service deadlines. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Train, coach, and provide feedback to warehouse team members to support skill development and performance. Conduct shift handovers and ensure accurate communication between shifts. Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as needed to management. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse. Generate reports on productivity, errors, safety incidents, and staffing needs. Requirements: Previous experience at Warehouse Supervisor/Co-ordinator/Lead level Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
