Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for a dynamic environment where you can grow?

As an Operations Manager you will lead and manage a team across Warehouse and Transport functions ensuring stock is delivered on time and in full. You will provide leadership to motivate and drive your team to achieve KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day Warehouse operations
• Be accountable for HR Procedures such as recruitment, performance reviews and enforcing policies and procedures
• Achieve depot objectives by driving the culture on site
• Ensure metrics are met with business requirements
• Ensure all compliance and legal records are documented in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe working environment by establishing, following and driving standards on site

Experience:

• You must have previous working as a Warehouse/Operations Manager
• 3PL and/or FMCG experience desirable
• Previous experience with a WMS
• IOSH or NEBOSH desirable
