Head of Propositions – 3PL Logistics Remote with UK Travel Up to £70,000 Car Allowance Bonus Are you an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain professional interested in joining a Global 3PL? As Head of Propositions you will lead the creation and launch of compelling, profitable new propositions in line with business strategy. Working across multiple stakeholders the role purpose is to ensure all the relevant market research, competitor analysis and customer understanding is carried out and informs the solution design, commercial and pricing models, marketing, contractual and legal requirements of new service propositions. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, passionate about creating new service propositions, have experience in value proposition development, strategy and delivery, be interested in maintain their knowledge and insight on the different market segments and their respective needs/challenge. Key Responsibilities: Proposition and Product Strategy Lead and manage the Propositions team Define, develop, and deliver new product and service strategies in alignment with the company\’s strategic plan Conduct market analysis to support the positioning of sector strategies, products, and services. Create value propositions and business cases for multi-capability offerings by leveraging existing products Support the creation of new propositions derived from sector strategies. Development and Implementation Identify and address capability gaps across the business as part of the proposition development process. Partner with the projects team to lead a steering committee that defines the scope and requirements for new solutions. Prepare business cases for new solutions in collaboration with finance and the product owner. Develop commercial frameworks and pricing models for all products and services. Align with the marketing team to ensure new services are properly marketed and that sales materials are created. Communication and Research Present proposals and project updates to senior leadership. Lead internal engagement to ensure the wider business is aware of new propositions before their external launch. Oversee research, internal and external, to support sector strategies and Strategic Pursuit Experience: Logistics and Supply Chain sector experience ideally within a Third Party Logistics provider Experience in strategy development and delivery Experience in developing and launching new services or products Experience managing with multiple senior stakeholders Experience managing multiple, customer facing programmes of work Ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines Articulate, with good presentation and communication skills Self-starter, resilient, well organised, confident, with a detail-oriented approach Analytical and commercially aware Can-do attitude with a flexible approach41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
