Our successful Skelmersdale Branch is currently looking for an FLT & Pickup Driver to join our external, yard-based team. This is a hands-on role supporting yard operations and completing local deliveries and drop-offs. A full clean UK driving licence is required.

NWTT (North West Timber Treatments Limited) is a well-established, family-owned timber and construction supplier with seven depots situated throughout the North West of England. Responsibilities
In this role you will work as part of our external yard-based team. Duties are varied and will include:
- Assisting customers with collections and queries
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely
- Storing stock safely and securely in the yard
- Maintaining a tidy, safe working environment
- Completing local deliveries and drop-offs (supporting both branches as required)
What You’ll Need
- Counterbalance FLT licence (required)
- Full clean UK driving licence (required)
- Previous Timber/Builders Merchant experience is an advantage
- You will be working with customers daily, so we are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and approachable
- Proactive and reliable
- Hard-working with a positive attitude
- Accurate with strong attention to detail
The Details
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: Up to £28,572 per year
- Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday) + Saturdays overtime
